The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career and become a valued member of the Service team. You should be positive and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to the Service & Maintenance team, Project Managers, and the local Sales team
- Completion of stores documentation
- Take incoming deliveries and completion of associated paperwork.
- Liaising with Head Office for Stock replenishment.
- Providing holiday cover for Service & Maintenance team.
- Schedule Service & Maintenance visits and allocate engineers.
- Managing the engineers’ diaries ensuring KPIs and appointments are met.
- Check reports for parts used and remedial quotes required.
- Sourcing of parts for engineers
- Updating/maintaining the Company’s Service & Maintenance software
- Any other adhoc admin duties
The Candidate:
- Good IT skills and a familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills
- You will be a team player with ambition.
- Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administration qualification (desired)
- Industry knowledge would be beneficial.
- Work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
- Have good attention to details and organisation skills.
- Have the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge.
