  • Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Ability to proactively manage own work load and be a self-starter
  • Good telephones skills including an ability to influence
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • A great team player
  • A desire to show initiative
  • Excel skills essential
  • Good communicator
  • Answering the telephone
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Arranging engineer service calls
  • Booking transport movements
  • Monitoring stock levels & ordering material
