Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Bradford (Office based)
Salary: £19,500 – £22,000

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.
Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

Key Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, maintain the visitor’s register, and manage the reception duties.
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, mailing.
- Organise meetings and maintain the minutes of meetings for managers and Directors.
- Maintaining the diary for Directors, sending reminders, following up with external parties as and when required.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
- Responsible for procurement, maintaining and ordering necessary office equipment and supplies, maintaining the asset and inventory register.
- Look for external vendors as per the internal process, prepare and process the PO in coordination with the payments department.
- Assist in the handling of human resources activities, which involves recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and the relevant paperwork assigned by the manager.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Oversee office facilities and maintenance requirements.
- Organise and supervise other office activities as assigned.
About you:
- 3 + years’ experience as an admin assistant/executive
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Basic IT skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
