Job Title: ACE Support Tutor
Location: Plumstead, South East London
Salary: £19,953 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (39 weeks per year)

Key Responsibilities:
The ACE provision works with students in danger of disengagement and possible exclusion from school. You will support the delivery of small group sessions/ interventions and will assist in developing personalised learning programmes based on a close diagnosis of learning, emotional and social needs.
Under the direction of the Head of ACE you will contribute to the delivery of BSP’s and PSP’s.
Key Requirements:
Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths are essential, Level 3 or higher qualifications are desirable. You should have experience of meeting the needs of marginal and disengaged young people and knowledge of the new SEN code of practice. You’ll also need good communication skills and an empathetic manner as these are essential to your success.
