The Role:
The Account Coordinator will support the sales and partnership team in managing existing clients accounts by developing relationships, providing excellent customer service. This role will assist with communicating regularly with all of our clients, The Account Coordinator will recommend services to existing clients to improve their offering.
The postholder will seek out new opportunities being guided by the Head of Sales and Partnerships and work proactively on the development of the business and with stakeholders to further the growth of the ethical work the Clear Voice is part of.
The Accounts Coordinator will work closely with other areas of the business, such as supporting the Operations Team with invoice queries, working with finance chasing any bad debt, supporting marketing with content and working with Partnerships Coordinator to seek further partnership opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Building lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable products or services to improve satisfaction
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of company offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients
- Working with Operations teams for effective customer service before and after closing sales
- Conducting market and competitor research, keeping up with what is happening within the sector (trends)
- Resolving invoice complaints and concerns and reporting their feedback to finance and operations
- Researching prospective and existing clients for a better understanding of their needs
- Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
- Input into the sales and partnership strategy to outline where opportunities are arising
- Provide support with lead generating sales and marketing campaigns into existing and new markets
- Assist marketing coordinator to develop content for marketing materials, social media and website content, and assist with producing regular client communications that are timely and engaging
- Provide administration support for tender and bid writing
- Assist with the planning of events and exhibitions to promote Clear Voice
- Maintain the CRM database ensuring client contact information is relevant and up to date
- Maintain database to track as and when customers are using and not using us and which services are being utilized
- Support the Sales and Partnerships team in working with clients to develop management reports and client reports
- Delivering trainings and presentations to existing and prospective clients
Experience and skills:
- Experience in building successful relationships
- Understanding of the sales/lead generation process
- Understanding of charities, local authorities, and frameworks
- Experience of managing databases
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to forge good working relationships and establish networks
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver results
