Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Sage Experience Required
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Duties:
- General book keeping & accounts duties
- Processing inbound invoices and entering them into our system
- Preparation of payment lists in readiness for approval and booking in stock
- Process approved credit card payments and reconcile card statements monthly
- Provide support to the orders department as required
- Identifying any potential problems and flagging with management
- Working closely with the Sales and Logistics departments to ensure processes are running smoothly
- General Administration duties as required

About you:
- An ambitious Accounts Assistant with 2 years + experience in a similar position
- Basic bookkeeping skills, excellent knowledge of Sage50 and/or Sage 200
- Confident in all aspects of order processing and stock
- Be able to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet/manage deadlines
- Team player but also able to work independently and set own priorities
