Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Sage Experience Required!

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 + Pension + 28 Holidays

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.

Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

Key Duties:

  • Working closely with our Sales team to process orders
  • Processing invoices and liaising directly with customers where required
  • Credit Control
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Identifying any potential problems and flagging
  • Working closely with Sales and Logistics staff to ensure the order process is running smoothly.
  • Admin duties, including printing, filing and office management

About you:

  • An ambitious Accounts Assistant with 2 years + experience in a similar position
  • Confident using Sage50 with an excellent understanding of Sales and Purchase Ledgers
  • Tenacious, confident and driven who can hit the ground running.
  • Organized, approachable and always willing to help
