Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Wokingham
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum pro rata (£12,973)

The Role:
20 hours
Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join this growing wholesaler based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
This is primarily an office based role with 1 remote working day allowed per week after probation.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing proactive administrative support to the Finance Manager
- Bookkeeping on Quickbooks (moving over to Microsoft Dynamics)
- Inputting of supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Dealing with supplier invoice queries
- Credit Control – preparing customer statements
- Bank reconciliation – Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Running ad hoc reports
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficient in using MS Office suite

- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- High levels of personal motivation, independence, a self-starter, a positive attitude and ability to take responsibility
