The Company is a global brand that focuses on developing technology that helps mobile sales representatives in the consumer goods industry to do more, know more and sell more in every customer visit.
They are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to focus on sales and business building to existing clients. You’ll be upselling to an existing and impressive portfolio of household names and identifying new opportunities for expanding offerings to existing clients into new regions.
The Role
- Develop a strategic account plan to maximise sales opportunities in Key accounts
- Drive upsell opportunities
- Provide product demonstrations to clients
- Cross sell other complementary technologies including image recognition, data warehousing and retail data analytics
- Develop a contact strategy for building relationships with decision makers and outline revenue targets for each product for the company to sell to the account
- Develop process strategies and methodologies
- Establish trusted relationships with clients by maximising engagement
- Understand business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
- Ensure customers are full able to leverage the company to meet their performance and operational goals
- Liaise with marketing and service delivery teams to coordinate programs to build business with key customers
- Provide insight to marketing to aid in the development of marketing communication materials
- Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for client needs
- Post implementation; work with technical support teams to ensure that the highest standards are maintained. Escalate where necessary
The Candidate:
Essential
- Demonstrable sales experience ideally as an Account Manager
- You must have a SaaS background, preferably with some experience of FMCG as well
- Experience delivering software demonstrations
- Collaborative attitude
