Hours of work: Monday to Friday, core hours 08:30-17:00.
Evening shift on rotation, roughly once every 5 weeks.
Based: Unit 7a, Odhams Trading Estate, St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 7RY

Main purpose of job:
- NOT COLD CALLING
- You will have your own a portfolio of EXISTING customers
- Build rapport with these customers and provide great service (we want you to provide the level of service that you would want and expect receive)
- Support varying customer needs via inbound calls, outbound calls and email
- Identify and create opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell new and existing products
- Manage customer expectations efficiently, escalate where necessary
- Achieve or exceed personal and team targets
- Have fun and enjoy coming to work
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day call diary and account admin
- Maintain high focus on A & B customers (A & B Customer being the highest volume customer by spend)
- Influence New Account trading
- Utilise reporting tools to maximise sales opportunities
- Support designated Field Sales colleagues with admin activities
- Liaise with other departments to resolve and improve challenges
- Promote flash sales, incentives and new product launches
