The Role:

This role is a hybrid opportunity with a minimum of 2 days a week in our Exeter office with the sales team. The salary is up to £28k depending on experience, with a fantastic benefits package. What you will be doing:

  • Working with existing customers to ensure future contracts are secured and customers are satisfied with our service and products.
  • Owning the contract renewal lifecycle and issuing documentation to help ensure all business is retained at a profitable level.
  • Helping to upsell and promote SPARK TSL’s products and offerings.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing and collaborating with Account Managers; teamwork is important to us.
  • Attending customer meetings alongside Account Managers and participating in client engagement events showcasing what we do.
  • Responding to customer queries and requests and documenting communications in the ERP system.
  • Regular reporting to the Team Leader and escalating challenges as appropriate.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

  • Demonstrable Customer Services and/or Account Management experience.
  • Positive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction as a top priority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of commercial aspects of the business.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Calendar, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
  • Highly competent in using CRM systems and in mathematics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven and quality orientated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with a collaborative and empathic approach.
  • A-level qualifications or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with contractual terms and contract lifecycles.
  • Experience working for or with the NHS.

There will be an initial interview, skills assessment and then a final Q&A interview.
