Job Title: AC Service Engineer

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum

The Position:
As an AC Servicing Engineer, you will be expected to carry out all site AC Servicing and remedial works across our client sites in the Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained.
- To carry out PPM, breakdown, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems – ranging from VRVs, VRFs, Split systems, AHU’s and Fans.
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with agreed method statements and legislation.
- Assist during site surveys and asset studies as required.
- Complete general administration of associated paper work/certificates/drawings.
- Ensure plant & equipment is safe to use calibrated/PAT tested & used appropriately.
- Work in a safe manner so you are not a danger to yourself or colleagues as guided by health & safety/RAMS documentation.
- Willing to be part of an on-call rota, usually around 1 week in 4 (£150 weekly on-call + £50 per call out + inflated hourly rate if called out, Company van included).
The Candidate:
- Ideally to be based in the Lower midlands.
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Great communication skills
- Very well organised
- Team player
