Job Title: 3.5t Van Driver

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, some flexibility required)
Vent Engineering, founded in 1988, is a specialist in natural and smoke ventilation systems and have been importing, manufacturing, supplying, installing and commissioning smoke ventilation systems for over 30 years for a variety of projects of all shapes and sizes.
About the role:
Vent Engineering are looking to recruit a driver with a “can do” attitude to deliver goods within one day round trips traveling to London and Birmingham as our main area of business.
The hours of work are 8am to 5pm however due to nature of the business, we may need you to be flexible to work outside the core hours. It’s very rare that you would have a trip which would be longer than one day however, in this instance hotel accommodation will be covered.
About you:
You will be driving a flatbed van so you will need up to 3.5t, cat. B driving license which you must have held for a minimum of 2 years.
You will also have responsibility for the van, ensuring it is well looked after and to report any problems promptly.
