Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £14,000 – £16,000 annual

The Company:
The Company has specialised in providing software to the care industry for the last decade. They are now on the lookout for a trainee help desk technician to grow and develop with the company.
The Team:
As a relatively small business everyone is very hands on. This will give you a great opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of the business and there is also the opportunity to gain development and programming experience as your knowledge begins to grow.
The Role and You:
You will be involved in first line support, so you should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and patience. This role will require you to problem solve both technical and user questions. This aspect of the job will give you great experience in both dealing with customers and gaining a deeper understanding of technology, database programming and networking.
The second aspect of your role will be to help develop help files and tutorials for Company’s software. This will give you the chance of gaining experience in both presentation and design.
