Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager (IT)
Location: Office Based (St Asaph Business Park, North Wales), travel required across the UK as required
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, commission package with an OTE of up to £64,000
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm (Flexible Hours within 8am – 6pm)

About the Role:
As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a background in IT Sales & Service and thrive on building and maintaining client relationships, this role is for you.
Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for contract negotiations, technology reviews, and service escalations. You’ll also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by conducting annual reviews of their IT infrastructure and collaborating with support teams to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate trust and rapport with key accounts, conducting technology reviews annually
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with each managed client
- Analyze customer product penetration regularly and identify opportunities for revenue growth through Gap Analysis
- Drive profitability across the customer base
- Act as an escalation point for customers to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics
- Maintain low churn rates across managed accounts
Job Experience Required:
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to challenges
- Essential knowledge of IT and Communications
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales roles
Renumeration and Benefits:
