Job Title: Book Keeper

Salary: Up to £32,000 pro rata

The Role:
Part time role 20-25 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Bank Reconciliation
- Processing Purchase orders and invoicing
- Processing supplier payments
- Processing expenses
- Creating supplier payment runs
- Accounting package proficiency essential (QuickBooks preferable)
- Working with External company accountants on Monthly & Annual accounts
- Import/Export knowledge advantageous
- Develop monthly reporting and financial forecasting
- Managing aged debt
- Participate in budget management and reporting
- Comfortable in creating and managing spreadsheets
- A good standard of working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Proven experience in a similar role (3+ years)
- AAT Advantageous
