The role:
As the marketing and social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Create editorials on various subjects for inclusion in trade publications
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing tactics and campaigns
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and support materials
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimise strategies
- Create product drawings – mainly pads, wear leads and hoses
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Manage and lead, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive
Our Requirements:
- You will have previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including using Coral Draw, Illustrator or Photoshop
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
