The Role:
We are seeking a diligent, organised and motivated individual to support the UK Development Team which is responsible for Ground Mounted and Commercial installations and maintenance. Full training for the specifics of the role will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that grid offers are responded to in correct time
- Integrate with online databases to streamline sales and administrative processing
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls/emails
- Support the development team in tracking their opportunities
- Handling and managing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Scheduling and managing field engineers’ diaries when required
- Coordinating with customers, suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure problems are solved in a cost effective and timely fashion
- Updating, maintaining and managing all asset information using Excel and MIS
- Updating records with on-going remedial site visit details
- General office administration
Requirements:
- Motivated and driven individual who is capable of working proactively to ensure successful completion of tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Keen eye for detail and a very fastidious nature
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work load to meet deadlines
- Familiar with MS Office
- Legal right to work in the UK
Preferable Experience:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Dealing with contractors
- Experience working in construction industry or renewable industry (desirable but not essential)
