The Role
The Assessment Manager would be responsible for ensuring the efficient organisation and delivery of the Academy’s Examinations and Assessment processes. This includes planning and managing summative and formative assessment and coordinating, communicating with training invigilators and external assessors as required.
Key Result Areas
- Assessment design and implementation within the time frame
- Ensuring the assessment timelines are maintained as per the University requirements
- Managing the exam boards by the University partners
- Create and maintain an overarching assessment framework that ensures consistency and fairness in evaluation
The Candidate
- Experience of an assessment management or administration role in Further or Higher Education
- Experience of developing, implementing and managing administrative systems and processes
- Experience of work involving understanding and interpreting procedures or regulations and providing guidance to others
- Establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with a variety of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
- Experience of managing, analysing data
- Experience of an assessment management or administration role in Further or Higher Education
- Experience of developing, implementing and managing administrative systems and processes
- Experience of work involving understanding and interpreting procedures or regulations and providing guidance to others
- Establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with a variety of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
- Experience of managing, analysing data
You must have the right to work in the UK. You must have a positive outcome for any requested DBS checks to be eligible for a role with ABA.
