Job Title: Development Project Co-ordinator

Salary: £29,049.30 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed term contract until 31 March 2025.

The Vacancy:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Coordinator to join our Development Team and support our programme of new homes.
As Development Coordinator, you’ll provide high quality admin support for the team so we’re looking for someone who has strong IT and organisational skills. You’ll also be a great communicator with excellent standards of customer care.
Whilst having experience of development processes, construction or home building would be helpful, we’re willing to train the right person.
The role is varied, and you’ll have opportunities to assist in managing individual projects, or aspects of them.
Your other main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate data on our housing management and project management systems
- Managing the defects process with contractors and house builders, providing status updates and emerging trends and themes
- Managing the Property Handover Sheet and assisting the team with the process of handing over new homes to the organisation and customers
