Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: London, EC4R 1AP / Remote Home Working

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Per annum FTE (Pro Rata)

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time (20 Hours Per Week), Job share

Working Hours: 6 day week, Wednesday-Wednesday (not including weekends), followed by 4 days off. Equating to 20 hours per week.

Our business is over 20 years old, growing, and looking to grow more. Over the last few years we have been building the behind-the-scenes systems and infrastructure for our scalable business, both here in the UK and internationally.

We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team on a job share basis, working alongside our existing Executive Assistant to the CEO.

About the Role:

As Executive Assistant, you will be experienced in:

  • inbox management
  • diary management and venue & travel booking
  • updating databases & CRM
  • client liaison
  • managing social media channels

You will be extremely organised and able to prioritise your own workload according to the business objectives, using your time efficiently to maximise productivity over your working days. You will be proactive in finding ways to support the CEO to free up his time to work on the bigger picture. Keen attention to detail is important, as well as customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication for day to day contact with clients.

Person Specification:

You will value mostly working from home, with weekly face to face meetings & regular socials with your colleagues in central London. You will be used to working in a small business and have a collaborative mindset to ensure everyone feels supported, and maintain clear communication with the team. You will possess the specific set of skills but more importantly fit the person profile we are looking for, which is:

  • You love to see things to completion and own the outcome
  • You are happy to document processes for other team members to pick up, and not be afraid to question the norm and suggest improvements
  • You ask about what you don’t understand and show initiative to overcome obstacles
  • You will deliver what you say you will and let people know of any problems
  • Technology is not a problem for you, as you are a quick learner and analytical
