Who We Are: We offer Implants, Invisalign, High-quality general dentistry/Cosmetic dentistry and Facial Aesthetics. Currently a 6-surgery practice with ongoing renovation plans. We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our mixed practice in Lewisham/Lee and contribute to maintaining our high standard of quality care.
Understanding Your Role: No specific background or training needed
- Provide chair-side assistance to dental professionals during patient examinations and treatments
- Ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for patients
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information regarding dental procedures
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Stay current with the latest dental knowledge and advancements through ongoing education and training
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, dental labs, and other practices to coordinate materials, equipment, and information
- Maintain high standards of cross-infection control within the dental surgery
- Adhere to protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff
- Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the dental practice
- Manage patient records, handle documentation, and assist with billing processes
