The successful candidate with be provided with full and comprehensive training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales leads and quotations
- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Resolving customer queries regarding stock, delivery times, accounts and production
- Liaise with existing customers and develop new relationships
- Account management, sales development and rapport building activities
- Identify new business opportunities and prospecting non-user accounts
- General support for the external field sales team
- Participate in team sales meetings and share product / market knowledge
- The role is an internal based sales role. However, the possibility of fulfilling an external type role may be available as a growth plan
About you:
- Some experience within an office sales, telesales, or customer service environment
- A genuine interest towards developing a career in account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
- A high level of self-motivation, and determination to achieve goals and targets
- Good organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Be inquisitive to identify customers’ needs and the ability to offer informed solutions
- Good IT Literacy
- GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade C / 4 and above) – Essential. A Level or equivalent A Levels (Grade C / 4 and above) Desired.Other Degree (Grade 2:1) Desired
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Desirable)
