Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Teaching Assistants to join our Learning Support Team which includes our Designated Special Provision.
Our Learning Support Team is committed to inspiring and supporting our students who have additional needs, to reach their potential. You will be involved in a combination of in-class, one-to-one and small group support across a range of subject areas. Part of your role will be to assist students with eating, dressing and hygiene to ensure their wellbeing, safeguarding and health and safety, whilst encouraging independence.
The ideal candidates will have:
It is essential that you have good literacy and numeracy skills (Maths and English qualification to Level 2). Experience of working with ‘K’ and ‘Q’ Students and those with an EHCP is desirable. We can offer you good professional development and a friendly team.
