Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Location: Gateshead – Office Based.
Salary: £45K – £50K salary OTE £60K+
Job type: Full Time – Permanent. 40 hours per week. Core hours to be covered being 08:00hrs – 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday.
OSE European Ltd are a busy transport & logistics company based in Gateshead, established in 2001, specialising in time critical transport to the UK and Europe.
Role Description:
OSE European Ltd are looking to expand, and are looking to recruit highly driven and committed Sales people to become integral members of the company.
You must have at least 2 years’ sales experience to be considered for this role, however no industry knowledge is required. A full training programme will be provided to assist successful candidates to hit the ground running.
The person we are seeking is above all hard working and committed and able to show these aptitudes as well as the preparedness to work within a hardworking and dedicated team.
Main Duties:
- Develop and closely follow Customer and Account Plans
- Working closely with the internal sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Elements of managing/assisting other colleagues within Sales team.
- Account and territory management.
- Face to Face visits with existing customers and new business.
- Developing existing customer relationships.
- Cold calling prospective clients.
- Booking appointments for External Sales Team.
- Customer service calls.
- Using Hubspot CRM.
- Maintain and update customer plans and sales process.
- Must have basic Word, XL, Powerpoint and Outlook.
