Job Title: Manchester Cargo Bike Rider Courier(s) Full & Part Time (10 positions available)

We’re on the hunt for friendly and hard-working individuals with a passion for cycling and a good level of fitness to join our Manchester team based out of Moss Side.

As a Cargo Bike Rider/Courier, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers, while representing our partners brand through excellent customer service.
Must be able to work some weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate assigned delivery routes using a company-provided bicycle
- Pick up and deliver packages promptly and accurately while adhering to established delivery schedules and cycling safety guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers during deliveries and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to our partners uniform and appearance standards
- Use handheld devices and company-provided technology to scan packages, track deliveries, and update delivery status in real-time
- Ensure packages are securely loaded and unloaded, preventing any damage during transportation
- Report any discrepancies, delays, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager promptly
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while cycling and operate the bicycle in a safe and responsible manner
- Comply with all company policies, practices and procedures

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet delivery deadlines
- Physical fitness and ability to ride a bicycle for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Punctual, presentable, trustworthy and reliable
- Comfortable using handheld devices and technology for tracking and updating delivery information
