We are currently looking for a Director of Technology and Transformation to join our resourceful and strategic IT & Data team.
The successful candidate will be innovative and adaptable. They will have demonstrable experience providing a high quality service and driving forward change within an organisation.
This is a pivotal role for driving innovation, change and excellence within our IT operations and project management teams. You will be responsible for shaping technology strategy, overseeing project delivery and fostering a culture of transformation.

As the Director of Technology and Transformation your Key Responsibilities would include:
- Transformational Leadership: Drive transformation and innovation within the IT and Data operations and Project teams, aligning them with Migrant Help’s mission and strategic objectives
- Strategic Planning: Develop and propose how IT and Data operations team can support current and future business strategies
- Team Management: Provide overall leadership and management to IT and Data operations and Project teams, ensuring they support and enhance services to our clients
- Project Delivery: Take responsibility for the successful execution of IT and Data operations and Projects across all departments within Migrant Help
- Strategic Approach: Define and support the organisation in establishing a strategic approach to IT, Data and Projects, in alignment with our mission and goals
- Project Standards: Lead, with the collaboration of the Head of PMO to establish project management methodology and processes, setting high standards for project delivery
- Initiative Management: Lead and collaborate in the management of key initiatives that support our strategic objectives
- AI Knowledge: Possess knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its potential to enhance Migrant Help’s services to clients
The experience and skills you need:
- Strategic Vision: Ability to articulate a strategic vision and translate it into actionable projects.
- Strategic Initiatives: Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Project Management Expertise: Understanding of successful project management principles and frameworks
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
What else to expect:
- The post-holder would be part of the senior management team on call rota
- Occasional travel is a necessary and therefore flexibility will be required
