Our delegates are often completing their qualification alongside their work commitments, so it is important to offer flexible support depending on their needs and organisational context.
This is beyond ‘paperwork’ – we need someone with a truly customer-centric mindset, who is as passionate about enabling success for our delegates as we are.

- Provide clear, actionable feedback in line with the post-course procedures
- Record and track assignment submissions, feedback and other contact points
- Answer and refer delegate queries via email

- Manage the assignments mailbox to ensure service level agreements are met
- Register delegates and complete certification with ILM
About you:
Your experience, qualifications, and career history:
- Experience of assessing ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) frameworks and work-based assignments is preferable but not essential
- You should have relevant industry experience in either leadership and management or coaching and mentoring
- A recognised assessor’s qualification such as TAQA/D32/D33/A1/CAVA would be advantageous but not essential
- Qualifications in leadership and management, coaching and mentoring or similar would also be advantageous
Person Specification:
We’re looking for an excellent communicator, with confidence, and the drive and motivation to help us and our clients be the best that we can be. You will be:
- Friendly, helpful and solution-focused
- Flexible and adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to interpret an assessment rubric applied in different organisational contexts
- Good IT skills and confidence to learn new software as required (Experience of CRM systems, O365 would be useful and must be good with Excel)

Benefits:
- Full time salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
- Laptop and mobile phone
- Flexible working culture: work from home or out of our offices in Winnersh
