Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience

About the role:
We’re looking for someone to help us to implement a strategy and vision for our E – Commerce operation. You will lead the E – Commerce team and work closely with your colleagues of the Retail team and other departments to research, initiate and develop online platforms, ensuring every product donated to the Hospice is listed and sold to raise maximum funds for patient and family care.
You will take full accountability for planning, accurate budgeting and effective implementation of an E – Commerce marketing and social media plan. The role will involve working closely with internal teams such as marketing and communications, digital and data and IT.
The role is office based at our Retail Hub in Hersham, with occasional travel to shops.
About you:
You’ll be experienced in managing an E – Commerce operation and have a tracked record of successfully creating and delivering a retail or other commercial strategy.
You will need excellent communication skills to be able to ensure communication flows between your team members as well as being able to update the Head of Retail with progress, any issues, and proposed solutions.
