Job Title: Customer Service Representative – New Client Team

The Role:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact in our client’s journey with Express. Therefore we are looking for customer service advisors, who can genuinely connect with our clients, while getting things done.

You will be responsible for client experience from first contact until signed up and the file is transferred to a solicitor.

Working towards targets you will be rewarded with achievable commission paid on a monthly basis.

About You:

  • Are you a customer service superstar and excel at giving a first-class service?
  • Do you have a background in either retail, call centres, hospitality, financial services or claims management?
  • Are you happy to assist clients on either the telephone or face to face, discussing their injuries and obtaining details about their accident?
  • Do you enjoy building strong relationships whilst also being able to objection handle?
  • Are you super organised and able to handle multiple enquiries at a time?
  • Do you genuinely want to help and support people?

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Competitive Remuneration of £23,000 per annum with hours worked after 6pm being paid at an enhanced rate (time and a half) as per the alternate week shift pattern and uncapped commission but average earnings £2,000 per annum.
  • Overtime Pay – £12:50 per hour
  • 3/2 alternative working from home pattern staff after probation
  • 23 working days holiday (pro rata if reduced hours) Time in lieu for any bank holidays worked.

Working Days:

We have a number of different shift patterns available for this role however we do require a minimum of 3 days per week and this must include one weekend day.

We will consider applicants who can do:

  • Only Late Shifts
  • Only Early Shifts
  • Split Days
  • Evening only e.g. 3-8pm

Our Standard Working Hours & Shift Pattern is as below

Early Shift: 08.30 – 17.00

Late Shift: 12.00 – 20.00 (11:30 – 19:30 on Friday)

Saturday – Sunday: 10.00 – 18.00

Bank Holidays (if applicable): 10.00 – 18.00

There will be an initial paid training period.
