Salary: £46,974 to £54,395 per year

The Role:
Lancaster University Library is seeking to appoint to the role of Head of Library Engagement.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the Library Teaching and Engagement team, co-ordinating their provision of teaching, library collection development, faculty liaison, and of the Library schools’ engagement programme. You will lead a broad range of library engagement activities within the University, as well as with partner institutions and other groups.
As a member of the Library Management Team you will contribute to the leadership and development of the Library in support of the Library’s vision, The Library Towards 2025, and the University’s strategic objectives in relation to teaching, research and engagement.
Candidate Requirements:
You should have a librarianship or information science qualification at postgraduate level and/or demonstrable equivalent experience.
