Job Title: Multi Skilled Trades Person
Location: South West London – SW18 1SL
Salary: £190 – £220 per day DOE
(CIS deductions applicable from this rate)
- Overtime available
- Congestion charge/Parking paid
- £150 fuel allowance per month
- £190 per day + Van OR £220 per day with own van
Job Type: Full time/Permanent (Contract work also available)
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with overtime available

About the role:
The Better Home Company is looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their dynamic property maintenance company based in Wandsworth, London, ideally with experience in carpentry/plumbing/Bathroom & Kitchen fitting.
They are a responsive up-market property maintenance company offering the highest levels of workmanship, coupled with the highest levels of customer service.
You will be working in properties in the Insurance Sector in South West, West & Central London.
You will have full support of the office staff including a dedicated booking coordinator who will book and organise all the jobs.
About you:
- Experienced Multi Skilled Trades Person required to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works
- You will be working in SW London, so must live within a 30-minute commute
- Experienced in decorating, basic plumbing, general carpentry, bathroom/kitchen refurbishments
- Skills includes: Carpentry, Painting, Tiling, Decorating, General handyman work, Leak investigations
- Great Customer Service skills; being a polite, friendly, team-player is crucial.
- Valid driving license
- Own tools
- CSCS preferred but not essential
