Job type: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm (1-hour break), Full-time, Permanent

We’re on the hunt for a trainee Automotive Vehicle Technician to join our welcoming workshop. It’s a fast-paced role, but the journey is incredibly rewarding, and for the right candidate, it could pave the way to a career as a Painter or Panel Beater at TLC.
Your Role:
You’ll be side by side with an experienced team member, helping with:
- Prepping surfaces for paint using tools like DA Sanders, Scotch pads, and needle guns.
- Getting vehicles all masked up and ready for that fresh coat.
- Unveiling the transformation after the paint magic.
- Removing signwriting and decals using a heat gun.
- Playing a pivotal role in the strip and fit process of parts and panels.
- Trying your hand at some minor filler work.
- Keeping our workspace clean and tidy because we take pride in what we do.
About You:
While a bit of workshop experience is a plus, what we really need is your dedication, reliability, and your passion to learn the ropes. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a hunger for knowledge, and a love for all things automotive.
