Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales leads and introduce our company, products and processes
- Inspire customers, assisting them to create and visualize their dream kitchen and home living furniture solution project through the sales experience
- Become best in class expert to identify and recommend products that will help your customers achieve their aspirations
- Achieve sales and KPI targets in line with expectations
- Presenting layout plans, 3D designs and quotes
- Conducting home surveys to fully understand the space in which the project will be fitted and adapt the design accordingly
- Generate Technical Drawings to provide customer based on their design and appliance specification
- Validation of plans before and after submitting to production
- Attend on-site pre-delivery surveys, fitting visits, templating of worktops and splashback appointments with our sub-contractors as well as signoffs and photography sessions with the customer
- Maintain and update customers on progress of their project and answer any concerns or questions as a matter of urgency
- Ensure all quotations are followed up and leads are managed daily
- Maintain awareness of new product development, new initiatives and promotional activity
- Keep up to date with industry trends and maintain professional knowledge for your customers to be able to sell them new products
- Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly sales meetings, keeping all required spreadsheets and monitor logs up to date at all times
- Take on any additional duties when required along, including showroom set up
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or similar role (ideally in the kitchen/furniture sector)
- Negotiation, object handling and closing the sale in a professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all work undertaken
- Experience with CAD Design software
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ensure all communication with customers is documented and confirmed in writing
- Strong time management skills to ensure your time is split between appointments and walk-ins
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
