Job Title: Customer Satisfaction / Customer Service Advisor (part-time)
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Salary: The annual salary for this role is £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Job Type: Part Time – We are looking for a candidate to work 18-22 hours per week between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. There is flexibility on how the hours can be spread across the week, however ideally some hours will be worked on a Thursday and Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Satisfaction team. This team works in conjunction with other departments to manage the customer cancellation process from start to finish.
As a Customer Satisfaction Advisor, you will make and receive calls regarding customer cancellation requests and complete the associated administration. This will include written correspondence and ensuring the inhouse database is kept up to date with correspondence and relevant information.
There will be a selection of reports that you will compile regularly regarding different aspects of the departments focus.
You will manage and coordinate after-sales queries and issues from receipt through to resolution, to include:
- Taking escalated calls from customers to fully understand and document their issue or query.
- Liaise with colleagues in other teams to coordinate resolutions to the issues raised.
- Ensure the inhouse database is kept fully updated with correspondence between the customer and the company.
- Proactively take the lead in corresponding with customers to keep them fully informed as to how their issue or query is progressing.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a customer service role, where they have dealt with escalated and sometimes sensitive customer issues. They will be compassionate in their approach and actively listen and communicate exceptionally well. They will have a good understanding of the consumer rights act, including the areas that apply to bespoke orders.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is vital, with the role holder being proactive and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
