The Role:
You will be required to operate in a discreet, polite, and supportive manner with a can-do attitude at all times, working in a small team where our goal is to ensure our colleagues are suitably equipped with the necessary tools and support to carry out their role efficiently and effectively, providing continuous flow of colleague resources to help the company meet customer requirements

What you’ll do:
Duties;
- Support the H.R Manager in current projects and activities
- Issue contracts and new starter documents
- Conduct new starter induction presentations and coordinate onboarding activities
- Prepare contract amendments and colleague correspondence
- Schedule and record absence and disciplinary meetings
- Administer company health scheme
- Update company software with employee movements and actions
- Carry out, record and monitor necessary colleague checks such as driving licences, DBS and vetting to ensure sufficient validated team members are available to meet customer requirements
- Administer HR document, polices and procedures within the parameters of the company document control system
- Facilitate HR probations and appraisals
- Maintain various HR matrixes and trackers
- Gather, sort, and report on HR KPIs and statistics
- Provide cover and support for H.R team

Qualifications;
- CIPD level 3 or working towards it or at least two years’ experience of the above mentioned tasks
- Strong English and Maths
Experience;
- Time served as a Human Resources Assistant / Administrator
- Employee checks and vetting
- Active recruitment and onboarding processes
- Analysing and reporting HR data and statistics
- Scheduling absences reviews and disciplinary hearings
- Sound knowledge of GDPR regulations and implications
- Understanding of internal and external audit requirements
