We are a Social Enterprise that works with disabled people, providing specialist computer equipment, 1-1 teaching and have an in-house software development team.
We are currently looking for a Logistics and Office Administrator to join our fantastic team in Dalston, East London.
About the role:
You will be providing logistical support to the orders and dispatch teams and administrative support to the senior management team (SMT).
Key duties:
- Preparing daily install sheets for the build team
- Allocating serial numbers for builds
- Resolving inventory-related queries
- Arranging deliveries for completed orders
- Managing back-ordered items
- Courier liaison and query management
- Reporting
- Filing
- Scheduling meetings
- Supporting the SMT with administrative tasks
About you:
Professional Attributes:
- Experience with inventory systems beneficial
- Good basic numeracy skills
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and courteous phone manner
- Good literacy skills for email communication
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Knowledge of computers is a bonus
