As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll manage a diverse range of content types – including brochures, events, email marketing, and our social communities. You’ll play a crucial role in crafting influential B2B materials and promoting our products.

In your role, reporting to the Senior Director of Communications & Digital and coordinating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will provide essential support for all B2B marketing activities.
This role also implies reputation management responsibilities for Webloyalty’s products in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily keyword monitoring and responding to consumers on social and digital channels. Using online reputation management tactics to remove or moderate negative online brand references.
- Supporting the Customer Service team on customer escalations.
- Publishing media material on websites and sharing it on social media channels.
- Developing and publishing social media, blog and website content.
- Generate advocacy for Webloyalty’s associated products by managing social media communities and reach out to relevant influencers.
- Supporting in developing marketing collateral and marketing reports to help position Webloyalty as an expert and thought leader within the retail sector.
- Supporting on other digital marketing tasks including developing FAQs for client websites, issuing email newsletters, running Google Adwords campaigns, promoting sponsored content on social media channels, using tactics to enhance SEO, and using analytics to evaluate and report on key metrics.
- Supporting on trade marketing activity, including organising events, preparing mailings and arranging industry partnerships.
- Looking after administrative tasks – compiling monthly team reporting, recording key metrics, updating task logs and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is highly beneficial.
- A customer-focused mindset with a grasp of commercial realities.
- Capability to efficiently manage a diverse and substantial workload.
- Exceptional copywriting and technical writing skills.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and distributing high-quality marketing content across various platforms (websites, blogs, emails, social media).
- Preferred experience in generating media coverage and working with PR agencies.
- Digital marketing proficiency, specifically in content management, SEO, paid search, email marketing, and analytics.
