Job Title: Senior Digital PR Executive – Content Marketing

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 dependant on experience plus many benefits

The role:
We are looking for a Digital PR Executive with experience in developing content that earns PR and Editorial level coverage. Working alongside our content marketing team you will assist with the ideation, creation, and delivery of digital PR campaigns for our clients. Ultimately, you’ll be gaining coverage for our client’s and earning links back to their websites.
Main responsibilities:
- To manage, enhance and develop the digital PR service proposition
- Work with the wider team to generate ideas for content marketing and digital PR campaigns.
- Working with colleagues to plan, research and deliver PR level content marketing campaigns.
- Building relationships with journalists and editors in order to gain coverage for our clients.
- Accountable for delivering press and editorial coverage.
- Ideally press coverage will contain backlinks to our clients’ website (or citations).
- Attend client calls and occasionally face to face meetings.

Relevant knowledge and experience:
- Proven track record of getting content published on editorial and press websites.
- You will need a solid idea of what makes something newsworthy and a sound understanding of how journalists and editors work.
- Ability to generate headlines and write press releases for our clients.
- Previous experience of using digital PR platforms such as Cision and ResponseSource.
Required skills:
- The ability to identify key influencers from publications and interact with them via email, phone or social.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage and nurture relationships with press and editorial contacts.
- Organisation and determination to meet deadlines and targets when working under pressure on a number of projects.
