Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager at zencontrol, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by connecting with key stakeholders, building relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge lighting control solutions. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing a strong client base, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, developers and other industry professionals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships within all areas of the business.
- Develop and present tailored lighting control solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements.
- Achieve and ultimately exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Deal with pricing enquiries, preparing and sending out quotes in a timely manner.
- Develop a good understanding of the company’s products and services to promote all aspects of the business.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of successful sales in the lighting control or related industry.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of lighting control systems and technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Well-connected within the construction industry.
