About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time, experienced Office Admin Assistant to join our friendly team, based in the centre of Poulton- le-Fylde, Lancashire.
Daily Tasks:
- Providing admin support to Finance Director
- Book-keeping
- Issuing sales invoices and processing purchase orders
- Maintaining and updating customer records and contact details
- Assisting in the circulation of marketing and merchandising material
- Arranging staff training and travel
- Processing client invoices and staff payroll and expenses
- Organising staff and client events
About you:
Skills Required:
- Excellent communicator and confident telephone manner
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent IT skills – including Office 365 and Excel
- Prior experience in Accounts and CRM systems preferrable
- Strong team player, with ability to work using own initiative when necessary
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prepared to take ownership of tasks
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Keen to learn and develop skills and competence
- An ability to offer a very high level of customer service
- Must be reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
