Job Title: PA / Property Assistant

Salary: Up to £38,000 dependant on experience

EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a PA/Property Assistant with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. This is an office based role at our modern Camden office. The role offers the ideal opportunity for career progression for the right candidate. The position is fully office based and cannot offer hybrid working.
This exciting and varied role will include duties of:
- Preparing correspondence, sending emails, updating spreadsheets
- Updating tenancy and expense schedules
- Monitoring lettings and tenancy renewals
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documents
- Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the Director
- Filing and file management
- Ordering and management of office supplies
- General office administration
- Property inspections on occasions
- Assisting with the sale/rental of properties by liaising with agent(s)
- Monitoring expenditure of development projects
- Liaising with contractors on development projects
- Liaising with contractors for works required at individual properties.
- Some personal management of Director’s work
- Analysis of invoices payable
- Creating invoices for clients
- Monitoring of office facilities
The Candidate:
- High level of understanding with MS Office
- Have a good multi-tasking ability.
- Be well organised and presentable.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be pro-active and able to handle a variety of admin tasks.
- Property management experience desired though not necessary
- Strong accountancy skills desired
