Are you looking for a dynamic varied role in a friendly, team working environment?
This dynamic varied and busy role requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth running of our health, safety and wellbeing service (we run a wide portfolio of health and wellbeing training courses, webinars, and events.)
There are three key elements to this busy, exciting role:
After sales support for course bookings
- The booking administration role ensures smooth running of health and safety / wellbeing course booking through to completion. Full training will be provided.
This will involve:
- Liaising both verbally / by phone / by email with all stakeholders’ clients/our freelance trainers/suppliers e.g., arranging hotels / communication with venue/ in house Ops Sales depart. /Finance dept/MD.
- Ensuring course details are correct and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
- Arranging trainers travel and accommodation.
- Manage the administration of pre-course material including ensuring appropriate course notes/attendance forms etc. are printed and sent to either our trainers or the client venue where appropriate. Manage post course paperwork including generating and electronically sending certificates for participating employees where appropriate.
- Accurately enter and maintain data into our training course management CRM system (Sales Force).
Sales process support to Sales Director
- Providing ad hoc sales support to the Sales Director for the development of new lines of sales.
General Office Administration
- This role incorporates additional office duties, such as answering telephone enquiries, and supporting colleagues with administration, such as:
- Handing ad hoc phone bookings for patients for treatments at our Lloyds Wellbeing Centre’s (LWC) flagship clinic in London, EC3.
- Managing the Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre’s supplies
- Ad hoc bookings process for health and wellbeing one-to-one treatments for client company employees through our network of clinics.
Required:
- You must be located at an easily commutable distance to our office based in Esher, Surrey KT10.
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
- Professional and confident in person/phone/email manner to speak to people across all levels. Ensure customer service excellence by both phone and email.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Type typing or fast keyboard skills @ 55 -60 wpm.
- Confidence in working with new computer software management packages.
- Attention to detail, accurate, and efficient.
- Ability to adhere to a process driven administration function.
- Excellent team working skills as well as the ability to work on own. Previous administration experience.
- Lots of common sense and initiative.
