Then our Costs Litigation Assistant role is the new graduate job for you! Don’t worry you don’t need to have experience in Law Costs or even law!
We provide a full training structure, with weekly session for the first 5 weeks and then monthly sessions. These sessions include: workshops, webinars and a mock hearing.
We also have a supported environment, you will also have a work buddy and weekly supervisor meetings to help guide you. We are committed to providing our employees with the guidance and resources they need to succeed in their roles. We do offer various different progression pathways and this graduate position can be the first step in an excellent long term career.
The role
We are looking for people who are excellent communicators, analytical and most importantly have a methodical attention to detail.
You will help draft bills of costs, calculating the different costs involved in a case. You will also liaise with 3rd parties regarding final fees, fee estimations and payments.
We have a cohort of Costs Litigation Assistants starting in October 2023. If you are available to start full time from then, we would love to hear from you
We offer a Salary is £23,000 per annum, as well as a monthly commission of £200 if targets are achieved.

- Working Hours –8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday
- Hybrid Working – working from home offered after probation
- Holidays – 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days (3 days reserved for Christmas closure of the office) PLUS a day off for your birthday after 2 years’ service
