Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Ridham, Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum, Dependant on experience
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as an Internal Sales Executive to support Countrystyle in its track record of spotting sales opportunities, quoting and securing them, through phone campaigns as well as converting web generated enquiries.
The successful applicant will have a key role in the growth of Countrystyle’s Kent & Southeast division.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain and upsell to existing customers
- Supporting the sales function by updating the CRM platform and other administration duties. Utilising the benefits of the system, recording all interactions with existing and prospective clients
- Dealing with all incoming enquiries from new and existing customers
- Make outbound sales calls, generating new sales opportunities in line with the sales strategy
- Verify customer details, services required and price accordingly
- Create quotes, proposals, cost comparisons and contractual agreements
- Use approved subcontractors to deliver complementary services to our clients. Make sure prices are secured on the CRM system
- Review and reconcile clients’ accounts including credit control, purchase invoice reconciliation and credits
- Support marketing campaigns by following up with the target audience to secure opportunities to quote
- Promote Countrystyle’s Total Waste Management Services, REL’s, Skips, Roro’s, Secure Shredding, Food Services, Glass Services, Hazardous Waste, Clinical Waste and Tankering
- Ensure all data is captured accurately and appropriately so that it may be used to generate effective reports
- Achieve KPI targets set including the volume of daily communication to clients and prospects
- Attend regular sales meetings, to review prospective activity, solutions and results
- Monitor and report on all competitors and market activity encountered
- Work with Countrystyle employees to build knowledge, improve the sales process and develop a profitable business and relationships
About you:
Essential Requirements:
- Internal sales/telesales experience
- Previous experience of working to demanding deadlines.
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Direct customer interface
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems
- Maths & English – GCSE or equivalent
