Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Didcot Quarter (near Milton Park), Abingdon
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus
Job Type: Full time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for proactive individuals with administration, IT support or project coordination experience to join our growing Company and provide assistance to our management team. This is a hugely varied role and an exciting opportunity to apply and develop your skills across a range of key business functions. The role involves providing administrative and practical support, information gathering and accurate data management, recruitment support and document preparation. An eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks while working with confidentiality and discretion are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and practical support to the management team and key business functions
- Accurate processing and maintenance of company and employee documents and records
- Supporting Directors and managers with Finance, HR and Compliance tasks and projects
- Planning and organising meetings including setting up IT, arranging hospitality and greeting visitors
- Recruitment support and administration including posting adverts and arranging interviews
- Supporting new colleagues in all areas of our business through their induction process

In 2021 our UK team moved to a custom designed 120,000 square foot logistics facility to accommodate our business growth and expanding Customer base. Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will enjoy a combination of administrative and practical tasks, show willingness to learn new processes, apply a positive attitude to your work and a have a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience and be competent using MS Office. Confidentiality is vital as you will be processing sensitive and personal information. Experience of compliance or document control would be beneficial.
