Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Liverpool City Centre with Hybrid working available
Salary: £22,050 to £25,625 OTE* including £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week between 8:00am and 19:30pm Monday to Saturday on a three-week rolling rota. You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9.00am and 17.30pm.
Flexible working and part time arrangements are also available, speak to us about your preferred working hours.

What you will be doing:
- Providing customers with insurance quotes on private car, taxi, commercial vehicle, and fleet insurance.
- Handling midterm enquiries and renewals.
- Retain current clients to ensure high retention at renewal stage.
- Providing excellent rapport building skills
- Identifying and assessing customer needs, working to deliver good outcomes for our customers displaying strong consumer duty practices.
- Answering inbound telephone calls.
- Making outbound telephone calls (no “cold calling”).
- Maximise targets through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills.

- Motor Insurance experience is an advantage but no essential.
