The Role
The Programme Consultant (Sales) is the first point of contact for all potential students, whether face to face, online or over the phone. The role involves fact-finding in order to understand each student’s current knowledge and experience, and then to recommend the most appropriate LAT course. The role involves dealing with the whole process, from initial query through to the completion of the student’s application.
Main Responsibilities
- Increasing student recruitment revenues.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all LAT courses.
- Providing feedback to the Sales Team Leader to help optimize marketing strategy.
- Assisting the Sales Team Leader in creating weekly reports on new lead quality.
- Providing prospective students with all the information required to make their decision whether to enrol on an LAT course.
- Contributing towards the recruitment and management of sales agents to support international recruitment.
- Attending trade fairs, seminars or other related events from time to time.
- Working with the academic team to provide a smooth transition for new students.
- Attending monthly meetings with the academic and mentoring teams to share information.
- Working alongside the Global University Systems Accounts and Admissions teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of new student applications and payments
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for the ideal candidate who is possess strong sales and communication skills and is passionate about sales and wanting to forge a career within the education sector. This role is commission based, with huge potential of reaching earning up to an additional £20,000 per annum (subject to performance targets and meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)).
