Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our sales team. The main focus of our telesales advisors is talk to our potential customers, understand their individual needs, and guide them through the appropriate products we are able to offer them as part of our supportive sales process.
This involves scheduling an appointment for one of our experienced Senior Sales Agents to visit the customer, where they can demonstrate our products, allow customers to try them in the comfort of their own home, and guide them through the plethora of colour and style options that will be crafted bespoke to their individual needs.
You will have monthly targets that you will be required to achieve that are defined against the key aspects of the role.
What you will need to do:
Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls. Sales experience is required, and you will be given all the training you need to understand and develop the specific product knowledge necessary. What you will need is:
- An excellent telephone manner, with experience of working over the phone
- Self-motivated and able to organise own workload to maximise efficiency
- A positive attitude
- Be a team player
- Able to build a rapport with customers through understanding their needs
- Strive to continuously improve
- Experience of working to achieve targets
You will need to keep the internal CRM system up to date so good IT skills are required including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Please Note office hours are: 9.00am – 5.00pm / 10.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am – 1.00pm Saturdays (two out of every five).
