Job overview:
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As an all-rounder, the candidate will be involved in the day to day running of the business dealing with existing customer enquiries and helping clients get the most out of our software and services via demonstrations and training sessions. We have ambitious plans to grow the business so there will be some responsibility for marketing, social media, sales and the accompanying administration. The role will require an understanding of the software and the ability to communicate its benefits to potential customers along with thinking and acting entrepreneurially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming client enquiries
- Dealing with the ‘commercial side’ of customer projects and requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are using our products effectively
- Helping facilitate marketing campaigns (including trade events) to promote our software
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Working closely with our development team to provide feedback on product improvements and new features
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Some experience in Sales / Marketing / Software desirable but not essential
